You should only answer "yes" to this question if the scheme meets all the following conditions:

1. the scheme only has one employer participating in the scheme; and
2. the only employer is a company which is also the sole trustee of the scheme; and
3. the members of the scheme are former or current directors of the company; and
4. the members of the scheme include at least one third current directors
