Regulation details

The account bank must be domiciled in an EU or OECD country (including for these purposes the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, Gibraltar and Bermuda) or Hong Kong, and regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or an equivalent regulator.

Financial ratings

The account bank must be rated at least A3 by Moodys and/or A- by Standard and Poors and/or A- by Fitch. Please provide at least one rating as at the date of this certificate.
